It’s a recent news that Parma, in Emilia Romagna (nearby Bologna), will be a candidate too applying for UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, this year. In the year of Expo dedicated to food, we think we have a better chance" says Tripaldi; "Alba and Parma are both two really excellent candidates that can represent, together, the very best of Italy in food and wine heritage," added Casa.
The president of the International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba, Liliana Allena, was there too, with members of the Project Management Teams of both cities.
